We are capable of all internal and external structural works. Our team of coded and ticketed welders ensure that all repairs are done to OEM specifications. The repaired product will often result in no evidence of the repair ever having taken place.
ProWeld have the capability to run multiple boilermakers 24hrs a day to minimise equipment downtime. All welding repairs are carried out in accordance with AS 1554.1. We only use the highest-grade welding consumables available in accordance with OEM specifications or equivalent.
We can also offer full structural inspection to all mobile mining equipment using various NDT methods and follow up with a monitoring program to ensure equipment can make it through to the next scheduled service or shutdown.
